Business Development Manager

As part of an expansion plan, we now require a client facing, New Business Development Manager based in Brussels.  The role involves

-          Prospecting, developing and maintaining long term relationships with large companies

-          Identify opportunities and participate to the complete sell-cycle in close cooperation with the Management team.

Key tasks:

-          You will develop a relation with the customers by advising and selling adapted profiles with understanding their requirements from a staffing sales perspective,

-          You will be the privileged point of contact for your customers portfolio,

-          you will search proactively new business opportunities and you will answer concretely to  customer needs by providing them customized solution,

-          You will build relationship and interact with executive level customers,

-          You will prospect with a methodical approach (planning of regular visits and answer to the customers’ project),

-          You will report to the Management team the evolution of the KPIs and also risks.

Your profile:

-          The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of very successful IT & Finance sales experience preferably gained in the selling of consulting services,

-          You will be confident, driven, dynamic, proactive and committed to joining a growing organization in order to further develop their career,

-          Must understand selling techniques in a wide range of consulting projects and staffing,

-          As you would expect, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high levels of self motivation, integrity and excellent time management skills are mandatory personal attributes required from all potential candidates,

-           Well-developed presentation and professional sales skills,

-           A strong plus would be the ability to carry a personal network that can be immediately tapped,

-          Responsible, professional, passionate, with a consistent track record of success,

-          You speak Dutch, French and English, knowledge of other language is a plus,

-          You are flexible and mobile (customers visits could be in Brussels and Flanders).
